Jason and Casey Palmer founded Palmer's Plumbing, LLC in 2007, combining Jason's Maryland Master Plumber and Gas Fitter License with Casey's degree in Business Communications from Stevenson University. Their shared passion for plumbing, entrepreneurial spirit, and dedication to customer service have driven the company's growth over the past 17 years. 

Throughout their careers, Jason and Casey have been actively involved in professional organizations. From 2010 to 2016, Jason served on the Queen Anne's County Plumbing and HVAC Board, advising County Commissioners on plumbing codes and regulations. Casey has been a member of the Chesapeake Women's Network since 2011, serving on the Board of Directors for over five years and as President in 2012 and 2014. She is the past President of the Kent Island Chapter of Business Network International "BNI" and received an award from the organization in 2011 for Outstanding Leadership and Service. She also chaired the Queen Anne's County Chamber of Commerce in 2018, after serving as a Board Member from 2012 to 2017. 

Since its inception, Palmer's Plumbing, LLC has built a reputation as the area's most trusted plumbing professional, offering services ranging from repairing broken pipes and leaky faucets to full bathroom and kitchen remodels and new plumbing for custom home construction. 

Jason and Casey, along with their dedicated team, have received several professional accolades. In 2010, they were honored with the "Excellence in Business Entrepreneur of the Year Award" from the Queen Anne's County Chamber of Commerce, recognizing their outstanding leadership and business management. Additionally, Palmer's Plumbing, LLC has been voted the "Best Plumber in the Area" by the Shore Update for over a decade. Most recently, in 2019, 2020, 2022, and 2023, the company received the "Best of the Eastern Shore Award for Plumbing" from What's Up Media Magazine and the 2019 APG Media "Reader's Choice Award for Best Plumber."
